The Story Of This Tea:This tea comes Mr Lin - a farmer with decades of experience in tea cultivation. Years ago, he sold his remote, larger-scale high mountain tea farm and is now committed to organic artisan tea cultivation. He cleared and planted a plot of tea near his home two years ago and has just obtained organic certification from the organization that has the strictest standards in Taiwan (Tse-Xin Organic Certifcation).
