The Story Behind This Tea:

First Light is an invigorating blend of three unique black teas from famous tea-producing regions in China. This blend was created to stand up to milk and sugar for those who can’t start their mornings without a full body, robust cup of tea. It certainly accomplishes that goal, although it is also incredibly delicious on its own, as well. 

This is a perfect black tea for anyone who likes to change up their brewing methods and experience different sides of the same tea... works great in a gaiwan, French press, loose leaf in a tea basket, or in a standard teapot. 

This tea is a perfect companion to a hearty breakfast or apéritif to a heavy meal.

Brewing advice -

Water temperature: 202-210 degrees (early boiling).

Number of infusions: 2 to 5 depending on your tea brewing skills. Each infusion creates a unique flavor profile.
