Cup Profile: Buttery Caramel, Cocoa Powder, Black Currant, Dynamic

GOODNESS is a delicious small-producer blend made up from the coffees of five different small producers with coffee farms just outside Buesaco town, in Colombia's Nariño Department.

These small farms are typically planted in Caturra and Variedad Colombia (F4 and F6 types), grown at altitudes between 1700 and 2100 meters.

This is a wet-processed (washed) specialty grade coffee, most farmers using old style hand-cranked pulpers, fermenting and washing in the same tank, and then drying on covered patios or drying beds.

• Cultivars: Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, Variedad Colombia.
• Estate grade.

The vibrancy and balance of this perfectly roasted cup causes a chaotic world to quickly fade away.

How much brewed coffee will this make? You can figure that one 12 oz bag = about 25-30 8 oz cups of coffee.

Brewing recommendations:

Use clean, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Freshly grind your coffee beans when possible to match your brewing method using a burr grinder.

Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Do NOT refrigerate your coffee unless it is sealed in an airtight bag and you plan on not using it for several months.

The CUP PROFILE is the natural expressions of the plant with proper roasting - no flavor is added.
