The herbal blend was inspired by the native herbs of northern Israel in the Carmel Mountains. The varied elevation allows for an abundance of wild medicinal herbs.

This immune-strengthening blend joins the healing powers of za’atar, elderberry, rose hips and calendula, ideal for congestion and fighting the common cold while adding a soothing flavor.

Ingredients: Sumac (Rhus coriaria), raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus), rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), elderberry (Sambucus nigra), zootah (Micromeria fruticosa, white-leaved savory; tea hyssop), za’atar (Hyssop - Origanum syriacum), calendula (Calendula arvensis - field marigold)

Measure 1 rounded Tablespoon (approximately 3 grams) - 12 oz mug

Water temperature: 205 degrees

Number of infusions: 1 - 3. Each infusion creates a unique flavor profile.
