Elah Valley Herbal Blend

Uplifting, rose bouquet, mint, soothing, naturally sweet, hint of tartness... very Mediterranean!

The blend was inspired by the native plants of the Elah Valley that is home to a huge array of wildflowers, from the pink almond blooms to the bright blue lupines.

This blend includes licorice to soothe the throat, rose hip and sumac for added vitamin C, and a touch of zootah for a cooling touch.

Ingredients: Red rose petal (Rosa damascena), peppermint (Mentha x piperita), licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), Sumac (Rhus coriaria), rose hip (Rosa spp), zootah (Micromeria fruticosa, white-leaved savory; tea hyssop).

Brewing advice -

Measure 1 rounded Tablespoon (approximately 3 grams) - 12 oz mug

Water temperature: 205 degrees

Number of infusions: 1 - 3. Each infusion creates a unique flavor profile.
