The Story Behind This Tea:
Our Jasmine Black Tea is a Hong Mao Feng from Jinggu, picked during the early spring flush, is carefully infused with fresh jasmine blossoms harvested in late May to June. This infusion employs a unique steaming technique that naturally embeds a robust jasmine fragrance and flavor into the tea leaves. The process is repeated five times to achieve a rich jasmine aroma and taste while preserving the tea’s original character.
Hong Mao Feng Jasmine Black Tea offers a refined balance of jasmine and black tea characteristics. Featuring a one leaf to one bud ratio, this Yunnan black tea delivers a stronger profile than pure bud varieties.
This is a perfect black tea for anyone who likes to change up their brewing methods and experience different sides of the same tea... works great in a gaiwan, French press, loose leaf in a tea basket, or in a standard teapot.
JASMINE BLACK TEA is a perfect companion to a hearty breakfast or apéritif to a heavy meal.
Delicious hot or cold... It makes a crowd pleasing iced tea!
