This lot contains a higher-than-normal percentage of quaker beans, resulting in a less uniform appearance than our typical specialty coffee offerings. You will notice much more light-colored or pale beans than usual. While appearance-conscious coffee enthusiasts may take note, we found the cup to be sweet, clean, balanced, and enjoyable, making it an exceptional everyday coffee at an exceptional value. 

For Coffee Enthusiasts: If you brew using a V60, Chemex, Kalita, or other manual brewing methods, you will likely notice a higher percentage of quaker beans and a less uniform appearance than our typical offerings. This cosmetic difference is the sole reason this coffee is offered at a lower price. You're getting a discount because of how it looks, not because of how it tastes.

How Much Coffee Will This Make?

Each 12 oz bag yields approximately 25–30 cups of brewed coffee (8 oz servings), depending on your preferred brewing strength.

Brewing Recommendations:

TREASURE performs beautifully as a pour-over, drip coffee, AeroPress, and French press. Its delicate sweetness, floral character, and clean finish are best appreciated when enjoyed black, though it remains balanced with a small amount of milk or cream.

Use clean, chemical-free water with some mineral content. Freshly grind your coffee beans when possible to match your brewing method using a burr grinder.

Keep brewing equipment clean. Store coffee beans in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. Do NOT refrigerate your coffee unless it is sealed in an airtight bag and you plan on not using it for several months.
